After pregnancy

I don’t recognize my body since my pregnancy.

A pregnancy changes far more than your body alone. Hormones, a changed role as a mother and the intense first period with a baby can leave you feeling as though you have lost yourself for a while, or experiencing your body differently than before. Breasts can lose volume or begin to sag, and the abdomen can change lastingly as well. The body needs time to recover from this. That is why I advise considering a treatment only from at least six months after giving birth and, if you have breastfed, at least six months after you stop breastfeeding.

Do you recognize these changes? There are several treatments that can help you feel comfortable in your own body again, including in combination with one another.
